LES TROIS TERRES

It all starts in the vineyard, where our vines are tended with the utmost respect for the environment and produce high-quality grapes year after year. In the cellar, we allow the wines to mature in their natural state with minimal intervention, while welcoming our guests in a warm atmosphere.

Le Petit Château

The Simonet family has been cultivating vines for over 200 years, and today they are fully committed to biodynamic cultivation on 12 hectares. This sustainable philosophy produces a balanced, natural and pure wine - an indispensable companion in gastronomy.

Roman Hermann Winery

The Hermann family's wine tradition dates back to the early 20th century, when great-grandfather Leonhard was already making wine alongside farming. Today, Roman Hermann cultivates 6 hectares on the Fläscher Halde, including the historic terraces in Fläscher Bad, which his grandfather Hanspeter planted in 1971.

Vines have been cultivated in Eglisau for over 1,000 years, and the sunny slopes of the Grand Cru site characterise the townscape. Since 2008, I have been pressing high-quality wines here with a great deal of manual labour and respect for nature in order to preserve the natural flavour and give the Grand Cru Eglisau the reputation that this top location deserves.
